STEPS TO ORDER:

  1. Order customized packages a minimum of 5 working days to surprise event date.
  2. Pay 50% of total package cost to secure your booking.
  3. Payment of 50% balance must be done 24 hours to surprise event date.
  4. Pictures and videos of packages will be sent to the client as we progress with the order.

 CANCELLATION 

Cancellation of order within 12 hours after payment will attract administrative charges before refund. Cancellation after 24 hours comes with no refund.

 EXPRESS SERVICES 

  1. Booking requests that come within 36 hours to the surprise date will be treated as express service. 
  2. Express services come with express charges.
  3. Full payment will be required for express services.

 DELIVERY & PICK-UPS 

The following delivery and pick-up services are available for clients to choose from.

  1. Home Surprise Deliveries: Our professional team arrives at the recipient’s location to execute surprises seamlessly and beautifully.
  2. Third-Party Gift Delivery Options: we use yango, bolts or uber delivery services to ensure surprises arrive right on time, still wrapped in magic.
  3. We give our clients the option to organise their own pick up in instances they wish to deliver the surprise themselves.
